Brett is a non-executive independent director to Cayman Islands-based companies and investment vehicles and is licensed as a registered director by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under The Directors’ Registration and Licensing Act.
Brett has served as a director of vehicles with various investment strategies, the scope of which includes, but is not limited to, the trading of futures and options, derivatives, foreign exchange and transactions in commodities.
Brett is a graduate of Stetson University in Florida and a member of the honors fraternity Beta Gama Sigma.
He passed the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Exam in November 1997 and, subsequently qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001.
Brett has served on the board of a development bank, tax reform committee for the nation of Belize and value added tax appeals board for Belize, as well as roles such as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Council member for Accountancy Institutes of Belize and the Caribbean region.
He holds private pilot license with an instrument rating.

Claude is a chartered accountant with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University College of Belize.
Claude has served as a voluntary member on various boards of directors within the community and the profession. He serves on the Council for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Belize and as a Director on the Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean.

He has decades of experience in senior management and as an executive officer of a publicly traded company. He has led large multidisciplinary teams comprising of engineers, accountants and administrative staff. In these roles, Andrew held the responsibility for regulatory compliance with several statutory agencies.
Andrew has an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
Andrew is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida, USA. Andrew is a member of the Cayman Society of Architects Surveyors & Engineers (CASE)
